Anya Alfonsetti

Founder

Anya built her social media presence to over 650K+ followers. She holds a business degree from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University, where she also ran track as an NCAA Division 1 athlete. The same discipline of showing up, putting in reps, and trusting the process is exactly how she approaches growing an account. She'd already grown several business accounts from scratch before she launched Setti Socials. She has worked with brands like Meta, Medicube, Maybelline, L'Oréal ,and more. Now that same hands-on experience is behind every account she touches.

Reyin Darby

Co CEO

Reyin is a creator and marketing strategist with 8+ years of experience making brands feel impossible to ignore. Most recently, she worked nationally as the Social Media Manager for IT’SUGAR, leading content, campaigns, product launches, and creator partnerships. She worked on David Dobrik’s WAVERS launch, helped build Top of the Rox from the ground up and created the club’s marketing foundation, launched three Razzleberry’s Ice Cream locations, and worked with Tao Group Hospitality in New York. She brings creator instincts, cultural awareness, and actual strategy to Setti Socials; because pretty content is cute, but making people care is the real flex.
